Synthetic polymer hotmelt for binding machines. Henkel Technomelt GA 485D is a hot-melt adhesive especially aimed for digital printers. It is used for one-shot perfect binding on automatic binding machines in roll application, manufacture of magazines, catalogues, brochures, timetables and paperbacks. This hotmelt is suitable for perfect binding of most of the common papers with excellent bonding strength. Application temperature of 170 – 180 Celsius with excellent thermal stability. High bonding strength has added benefit of more books bound per pail of adhesive.
