MiniStitcher

The MiniStitcher IMS single head compact stitcher, a fully portable table-top version of the StitchMaster, is designed for flat stapling applications such as carding, padded envelopes and blister packs. This efficient unit, which offers flat stitching only, has the capacity to stitch from two sheets up to 1/8" with 25 gauge or smaller round wire. The machine adjusts easily to control both work thickness and centering the stitch. It can be positioned on any solid work surface and connected to a standard wall outlet. The MiniStitcher features a foot switch for ease-of-use in either single or continuous stitch modes, selected at the touch of a button, and has a 9" throat depth. Although it comes standard with parts for 25 gauge and smaller round wire, the MiniStitcher can be modified to accommodate additional wire sizes including 23 or 24 gauge round or 21x25 flat wire by ordering alternative parts. The MiniStitcher offers durability and performance in one convenient, compact machine making this model a potent stitching solution for any low production application.
