Another Satisfied Customer!

Our laminator and film from Grand Valley Direct have arrived.

I just wanted to follow up with you regarding the excellent service I received. I had spoken to their rep, Anne Dales, first regarding a cold laminator, and then for the hot one which we purchased. Both quotes were sent to me almost immediately by Anne, and she honoured the sale prices in their catalogue even though the price had increased. After the order had been placed by Finance, Anne took the time to call me to say she had received the PO and would be shipping that day. The laminator arrived a few days later.

It’s not often these days that people make that extra effort for customer service and I thought it was worth mentioning to you.
