All new GMP laminator is made for multipurpose users that need both 1-sided and 2-sided lamination. For 1-sided lamination sheet separation is accomplished with flying knife making this an excellent choice for customers running jobs that will be run through a Scodix or MGI spot coater after. For 2-sided jobs the unique rotary film preheat rollers allows for 10 mil jobs to be run at very impressive speed. Side slitters with rewind allows for edge seal 2-sided work. Rotary flying knife separates 2-sided lamination jobs. This laminator is as close to a multi-tool as you will find.

• Pre-heating roller performs higher speed lamination for thicker film.

• Razor cutting system (Flying knife) for easy-cutting PET/Nylon base thermal films.

• Lamination of film on both sides up to 250mic (Pre-heat Roller and Sub-heat plate)

• Strong heating power with double heating roller mechanism.

• State-of-the-art automatic feeder, silicone rubber rollers for 2-sided lamination as well as

combination system of chrome / silicone rubber rollers for single-sided lamination.

• Flying knife as a razor cutting system for easily & stably separating single-sided laminated

surfaces including hard-to-burst types of film etc.

• Side slitting & winding system for accurate cutting results & convenience in controlling

slit-laminated scrap.
